How long does delivery take?
We ship your order within 24 hours of payment (on working days), and InPost parcel lockers and couriers usually deliver it within 1-2 working days. Dispatch times and costs are on the Delivery and payment page.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
200 zł - for InPost parcel lockers and couriers. Your basket shows how much is left to reach it before you pay.
Do you ship abroad?
For now we only ship within Poland - to InPost parcel lockers and by InPost courier.
How do I return or exchange a product?
You have 30 days from receiving your parcel - 16 days longer than the law requires. Report the return via the contact form or by email, send the parcel back and we will refund you within 3 working days of receiving it. Your first size exchange is on us. More: Returns and exchanges.
How do I choose the right size of collar, harness or clothes?
Measure your pet with a soft tailor's tape - neck girth, chest girth and back length - and compare the results with the size chart. If a measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled by Paynow, mBank's payment gateway: BLIK, card, fast online transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Who tests the products at pysiec.pl?
Our four-legged team: Pysiec, Luna, Elise and Layla. Only items that pass their test of comfort, safety and durability make it into the shop - things we use at home ourselves.
What are Paws?
It's our loyalty programme: you collect Paws for purchases made with your account and exchange them for discounts on future orders. See the Paws programme terms.
