Two people, two cats
and one collar that was too big.
The two of us run Pysiec.pl from Wieluń. It started with a purchase that didn't fit - and the conclusion that a pet accessories shop should help you find the right size first, and sell second.
How it started
Luna slipped out of it in half a minute. The size chart in that shop had three sizes: S, M, L.
We called suppliers, ordered samples and measured them every half centimetre. One made the cut, and we recommended it to our friends.
We started with one shelf and a box for parcels. Today it's a warehouse that ships orders within 24h - with two cats sleeping on the boxes.
We started writing about sizes and materials because the same questions kept coming up in every message.
Before anything reaches the shop
We don't have a wholesale catalogue. We order every item for ourselves first and test it at home, on walks and in the washing machine.
