Shop terms and conditions
Effective from 1 October 2026 · version 1.0 · applies to orders at pysiec.pl
30-day returns, shipping within 24 hours of payment, free delivery from 200 zł, payment by BLIK and fast transfer. The full rules are below - no small print.
§ 1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online shop available at pysiec.pl (the “Shop”), including the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints.
The Seller and owner of the Shop is PysiecIT, ul. Tysiąclecia 17, 98-346 Skomlin, Tax ID (NIP): 8322101053, email: sklep@pysiec.pl (the “Seller”).
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions mean:
- Customer - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in the Shop,
- Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity,
- Order - the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a contract of sale of products with the Seller.
These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Shop's website in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and saved.
§ 2. Technical requirements and customer account
To use the Shop you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.
You can shop without an account (as a guest) or after creating one. An account gives you, among other things, order history, saved addresses, wishlists and membership of the Paws programme. Creating an account is voluntary and free; you can delete it at any time by writing to sklep@pysiec.pl.
The Customer agrees to provide true and up-to-date information and not to supply unlawful content.
§ 3. Placing orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the pysiec.pl website.
To place an order, the Customer:
- adds the chosen products to the cart,
- goes to the checkout and provides shipping and contact details,
- chooses the delivery method and payment method,
- reads the Terms and Conditions and confirms the order with a button indicating the obligation to pay.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming it. The contract of sale is concluded when this confirmation is sent.
The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if the details are incomplete or untrue or the product is unavailable; in that case it informs the Customer without delay and refunds any payment made.
§ 4. Prices and payments
All prices in the Shop are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross prices, i.e. they include VAT. The price does not include delivery costs, which are shown in the cart before the order is placed.
We accept payments via the Paynow payment operator: BLIK, fast online bank transfer and other methods available when the order is placed.
Payment should be made promptly after placing the order. An order not paid within 3 days may be cancelled. The order is processed once the payment has been booked.
At the Customer's request, the Seller issues a VAT invoice; invoice details must be provided before placing the order.
Promotional prices (e.g. the “Paw of the Day” offer) apply for the stated period or while stocks last.
§ 5. Delivery
The Seller delivers within Poland by courier and to InPost parcel lockers. The available methods and their costs are shown in the cart.
Orders paid by 5 p.m. on business days are shipped within 24 hours; orders paid later - on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and is usually 1-2 business days from dispatch.
Delivery is free for orders from 200.00 zł.
The Customer should check the parcel on receipt; if it is damaged, we recommend drawing up a damage report with the courier. The absence of such a report does not deprive the Customer of their statutory rights.
§ 6. Withdrawal from the contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the products. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days from receiving the parcel.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply notify us via the contact form or by email to sklep@pysiec.pl, giving the order number. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
The products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. We refund the money within 3 business days of receiving the parcel, using the same payment method the Customer used (the statutory deadline is 14 days). We also refund the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered.
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the Consumer. The first size exchange is at our expense.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to the Customer's specifications or personalised (e.g. engraved tags) and to products in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened packs of food, treats and supplements).
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying a collar or harness on your pet counts as an allowed check of the product.
§ 7. Complaints
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of goods with the contract under the rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
A complaint can be submitted by email to sklep@pysiec.pl or by post to ul. Tysiąclecia 17, 98-346 Skomlin, describing the defect and attaching photos and the order number where possible. The Seller responds to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
The product subject to the complaint should be sent to the Seller's address or its collection arranged; we refund the Consumer the cost of sending it back.
§ 8. Paws programme
Customers with an account can take part in the Paws loyalty programme. The rules for collecting and exchanging points are set out in the separate Paws programme terms.
§ 9. Personal data and cookies
The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data. We process data to fulfil orders, run accounts, handle payments, complaints and returns, and - with the Customer's consent - to send the newsletter.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. For personal data matters, you can write to sklep@pysiec.pl.
The Shop uses cookies necessary for it to work (cart, sign-in) and - with the Customer's consent - analytics and marketing cookies.
§ 10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including mediation or arbitration, as well as the help of a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation.
Information on these institutions and options is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
§ 11. Final provisions
Contracts concluded via the Shop are governed by Polish law. For Consumers residing in another European Union country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country also apply.
The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (changes in the law, in the offer or in how the Shop operates). We announce changes on the Shop's website at least 7 days in advance. Orders placed before the change are fulfilled under the previous rules.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
