Size guide

Measure your pet once, save it in your account and forget about it. If the measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one - we cover shipping for your first size exchange.

Measure with a tailor's tape, not the string from a parcel - two centimetres is often a whole size. All measurements in the tables are in centimetres.

Sizing FAQ

The measurement falls between two sizes

Go for the larger one - every strap we sell adjusts by a few centimetres, so a larger size can always be tightened. A smaller one won't stretch.

My kitten is growing and wears XS now

Up to twelve months of age the size can change twice. Take XS for now and set a reminder in your account - we'll send an S when the time comes.

My dog has long fur

Measure against the skin, gently parting the fur, and add one centimetre. For breeds like Samoyeds or Chow Chows the table can overstate the size by as much as two.

I can't measure - my pet won't stand still

Send us the weight, breed and age - we'll pick the size from experience and suggest two options. We usually get it right first time.
